Pet Policy

Permitted Pets at 1016 Lofts

  • Cats and dogs are welcome

  • Up to 2 pets per home

  • Our community proudly has no weight limits or breed restrictions!

Pet Fees & Deposits

Pet deposit: $350 per pet

Monthly pet rent: $20 per pet

Pet rent and deposit are variable, based on pet screening; please contact our office for more details.

Pet Screening

Before move-in day, we'll ask you to complete a quick pet screening through PetScreening. It's a simple online step that collects basic information about your pet ahead of time, so the rest of the process moves fast.
